(1) Bottle Feeding:
This bottle unscrambler machine feeding table is suitable for glass bottles,feed empty bottles to the filling production line. Connected with filling machine,capping machine, labeling machine, to form a whole filling line. This machine has smart structure, simple working principle, working steady and reliable.
(2) Filling:
The machine adopts piston pump for filling materials and is driven by servo motor and it can be easily adjusted to fill for different volumes of bottles on the HMI. Besides, it can fill different bottles at one filling machine with quick speed and high precision.
(3) Capping:
Bottle caps automatically goes into bottle caps slot by adopting cap-pulling device. In order to the machine can fit on capping on various bottle volumes, and considering multi-usages in this machine, so it is adjustable on machine design. It has more advantages on well-structure, good outlook, small volume, low weight, wide using range, easy dismissible and maintenance, and low quality of bottle broken.
(4) Labeling:
Automatic round bottle sticker labeling machine is widely used in various specifications of circular object labeling, taper cylinder labeling, such as cosmetics, food, medicine, daily chemical, toys, hardware, plastics and other industries, can achieve full/ half cycle labeling.
